WHAT IS JUMPSTART?
JumpStart is a non-profit, virtual-reality platform for vocational training in prisons.

JumpStart aims to decrease recidivism and increase ex-prisoner employment by building trust in employers. We achieve this by providing employers with the resources to design and build high-quality, custom training programs specific to their companies' needs on our virtual reality platform. These programs, administrated by vocational trainers in prisons, allow employers to be in control of their potential employees' training and skill building.

Training programs are implemented in prisons. Inmates who are near release can participate in the programs
